For lost accounts or profile updates, contact stores or submit the online form. We will reply shortly. Points used by others due to delayed reports cannot be restored.
Transferred points retain their original expiration dates.
Stolen, defrauded, or misappropriated cards are treated as lost cash. No compensation or suspension services will be provided.
If the point balance is insufficient to deduct the points earned from the original purchase, no point refunds can be processed.
- Membership Validity Period
- General membership lasts until terminated under these terms. Other tiers are valid for one year, from the date of upgrade/downgrade to the same date next year.
- Tier Review Regulations
- Tiers expire on the same date next year. Upon tier change, spending reset to zero, and the period extends to the same date next year. Failing to meet the spending requirement results in a 1-tier downgrade next year.
Reaching the upgrade threshold during validity triggers a 1-tier upgrade within 1–3 working days. The period extends to the same date next year, and upgrade rewards will be issued.
＊Upgrades are limited to 1 tier at a time; skipping tiers is not permitted. Upon upgrading, the accumulated spending resets to 0 and recalculates.
＊If the spending requirement is not met within the current tier's validity period, the membership will automatically downgrade by 1 tier upon expiry. Upon downgrading, the accumulated spending resets to 0 and recalculates.
＊New members whose single transaction amount meets or exceeds the third tier threshold will immediately become Super Besties tier members (Tier 3).
